The Record Grill

If you find yourself in the West End – at the Sixth Floor Musuem, the JFK Memorial, the Old Red Court House, The Bryan Cabin, look for the Record Grill! It is tiny and can be easily missed. This is a local ‘favorite.’ (Me included!) You will find everyone in here, attorney’s from the court house, the working folks from downtown Dallas, the homeless and even me! I love this place.

Just a few block away you will find more traditional tourist fare, Spaghetti Warehouse, Landry Seafood, Tex-Mex, The Palm Steak House, Subway and the kinds of restaurant-bars that come and go in a tourist area.

The Record Grill is reasonably priced and easy to get in if you are not there in a busy time – named for the Dallas Hall of Records, just a block away.
